The Funeral Luncheon ministry has a long history at St. Clement. All luncheons are catered and have specific requirements for both St. Clement and your caterer.
St. Clement provides:
Volunteers to serve and clean up following the meal
Water, coffee, and lemonade
Dishes, silverware, cups, and napkins
Warming chafers and all necessary serving utensils
Caterer provides:
All food including desserts

Other Important Information
Families are responsible for ordering and setting up delivery time with the caterer.
All food must be delivered 45 minutes before the scheduled luncheon time. If you have a 10:00 a.m. Mass, the food needs to be delivered by 10:15 a.m. If ordering from Buon Appetito, our volunteers will pick up the food.
All leftovers will be boxed for the family to take home.
St. Clement needs to be notified two days prior to the funeral regarding the caterer that you have chosen and how many people you have ordered for.
